Hello Robert,
I have proposed a change to the De Bruijn's triangle (draft).
It doesn't look great, but this array clearly has a row(0)=1,1,1... and row(1)=1,1,1..., just like all the columns have a(0)=1 and a(1)=1.
Also the lower triangle A141906 starts with row 0, and the transpose A089759 has a column 0.
I also added a significantly larger b-file, showing the first 54 triangle rows.

Nice to meet you and thank you for your praise. Okay! It is a nice sequence to be submitted. (I am a bit tired becoz of other issues, and the extending or maintaining of the "keypad sequences" are not my focus temporarily...)
