Hello, Every year I write a blog entry about the year's number and preparing something for 2013 I came across A036462 .

Do you have some links about this conjecture and how the sequence was generated ? Thanks !

the Helms constant.

Re: A036462 Conjecturally, a power of 2 written in base 3 cannot have this many 0's.

• Are you the author of the conjecture?
• A reference or link to some book/paper/web site should be provided to document/explain the conjecture.
• There is no recurrence/formula/GF or algorithm provided to obtain the terms of the sequence! Thus, there is no way to verify or extend the sequence... Is the sequence finite?
