I was employed by the Raytheon Company (now Raytheon Technologies) for many years as a software engineer and systems engineer on U.S. Government contracts. I earned my Ph.D. in mathematics from Penn State University in 1994. My thesis adviser was David Bressoud. I contributed the sequence A001444 to the OEIS.
