I am a retired teacher at Queensborough Community College. I have been a frequent proposer and solver in the problem department of School Science and Mathematics since 1976. I had two solutions and "two proofs without words" published in the College Mathematics Journal as well as an article entitled "The reflection property of the ellipse and the hyperbola". I also came up with the Lipogrammatic Proof of the Pythagorean Theorem.
