Assistant Professor at the Department of Communications at the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering in the University of Campinas since 2013. Graduated magna cum laude in Electronics Engineering from Aeronautics Institute of Technology (2006), received Master's Degrees in Electric and Computer Engineering from University of Campinas (2008) and Cornell University (2012), and PhD in Electric and Computer Engineering from Cornell University (2012). Associate Director of the Center for Semiconductor Components and Nanotechnologies at UNICAMP (CCSNano) btween 2016 and 2019. Currently researching integrated photonic devices for telecommunications and sensing.
